Because some of the pics are from the PO's e-bay listings from before CO bought it and hacked it up. I have one saved as a good photo of that colour scheme.

200,000 miles no thank you. There are too many lower mileage cars out there that you could buy instead. The rear bumper...puke, who cares if it has GTS mirrors, seriously they are just mirrors

that is Joe Serio's old S4 and it has a TON of documentation on it... I've already spoken to this gent, he had it listed on the local Craigslist, bought it for his daughter and appears she "messed up" and ain't gettin a Porsche now
let me know if you need someone to look at it for you, there is a great place in Durham, or I'd be happy to go look at it if my schedule allows

Yep, that was Joe's high-miler.
Never give your offspring a fast car unless your family name is Unser or Andretti.
I'll say she messed it up, she didn't even sand the bondo smooth and re-fill in the pinholes. Silly daughter.

Guys... I've seen and driven this car... good shape with exception of that rear bumper cover paint.... Smooth and solid engine.. Interior is in good shape for a 9yr old car... Tires are in good shape... didn't get the feeling there was a ticking timebomb... go with what your comfortable with... that's all you can go on...

Again.. this isn't a bad ride.. and def. worth giving serious thought towards IMO... plus the CO is very much on the up and up as to what he knows about the car, and frankly in this day an age when everyone is out for themselves it is refreshing to meet someone that isn't going to stab you in the back...

assuming the description matches the car then I would go to 4K (if I would ever buy an auto). Assuming the CO or PO know or do not know about flex plate adjustment then there is a level of risk between low and high.
Parts of the bodywork look a bit strange & rippled but probably that is just due to reflections?
Marton.
