Who says you can't drive 928's in the snow? Porsche certainly engineered them to be capable...
Of course they did not take into consideration modern snow melting corrosive agents..
I bought my first 928 in July 1996, my wife bought the “Project 928” book for me in Oct 1996 for my birthday from the now closed Devek for a mere $39. Picked up the leather limited edition cover from Paul Champagne back some years ago. Still have it and read every now and then.....

That Paul Champagne version of Project 928 is simply off the hook!
Did Paul re-print the original or replace the cover of an original? Fantastic!!!
Really wishing I had known about those being available...
Well I’m afraid to show you but I used my wife’s Hairdryer and a plastic drywall screw anchor. Being plastic it didn’t scratch up the paint but had enough of an edge on it to lift up minute free edges. Also I had some generic adhesive remover that I bought at Walmart but it was 99% the heat and the digital pressure that did it. My right index finger was twice the size of my left this morning- Almost couldn’t bend it! But hey, it’s better to look good than to feel good.
