Wade, it's a matter of personal opinion, obviously. I personally prefer the look of an o.b. rear over the S-4 & later's 'winged' look. I always have. Your picture makes a good argument, as well.
I know the wing is functional, and actually necessary for those wishing to drive at triple digits, but I like the cleaner look of the little duckbill spoiler, or none at all for that matter.
My tweaking of Andrew's evolution chart was not intended to imply that ob's were in any way inferior to GTS, or any other model. It just so happened that the number of examples of the 928 evolution was the same as the human evolution.....therefore it was an easy matchup, IMO.

The speedlines are on the turbo.
Nice thing about this purchase is the Fikse's will fit on all my cars so I can swap everything around when I feel like.
I was thinking of putting the Fikse's on the GTS and I have some Cup 1's in 17" for the 964 with the centers painted black and a nice carrera stripe down the side just like the RS models!
This car is going to be a daily driver/DE/autocross car for me. I will save the GTS and Turbo for fair weather drives and special occasions.
Anyone interested in a cherry 944S2 all setup for DE/autocorss?
How do you think these will look on a GTS? These are the fronts 8 X 18 the rears are more deep dish.

well...actually.....I will paint my wheels with something else than standard wheel silver.....so.... So, 87-> all colors with 996TT wheels would give me confirmation for my plans. But please if possible to give larger pictures than a post card...

There is something wrong in these pictures. Took little while to figure out what it is. Car is in Holland at Van Zweeden. They have few more pics of it.

It has US model front and rear bumper features yet don't have side marker lights and has turn signals behind front wheels. This should be direct link:

ROW version has white reflector next to front turn signal and don't have 5 mph bumbers at the back.
