Saw today in the Deutsches Museum, Munich, perhaps the only factory new S4 motor in existence.

Was the only motor behind a closed glass display. They must know how unique!

And odd that it would be in a Munich museum, isn't it?
That was a North America only intake, wasn't it?

Changed my thermostat today, figured I would powder coat the housing while I had it off. Not bad for a home job. . . Did the clamp in red a while back.. Not sure if I like that or not..

I use this case you're wondering...

New Strosek exhaust. It is a bit like the RMB, but has a minimalistic absorption damper through which one of the central exhausts meats the other side. Has a very nice deap rumble and doesn't sound raspy at higher revs.

Got around to replacing the recirc flap vacuum actuator and reflowed cruise brain. Cruise still not working- tests point towards vacuum servo. Almost everything working now!
