^^^ Nice!
How do they look on the car?
Love that 740 vintage. Just picked up the bumperettes this afternoon. Plan is to let the clear harden up a bit before installing them. Will post pics a little down the road. Some period pieces of the 79. 77Tony

Some of my 928 moments and my 928 'man cave'.
The '86 full of cement. I asked my wife to go to the hardware shop and get 10 bags of cement. Only a silly male would waste time with more than one trip?

A sunny Christmas weekend in Northeast, Ohio = putting the insurance back on the Shark and diggin it out of storage. Worth every minute of the hard work to get it out and put battery back in, etc. 200 miles this past weekend, during a month that I would never usually drive it.

Very nice shots, reminds me when my Gt was facing a 840 BMW last year in a french magazine
Do you have any information about the source of these pics? A magazine too, I guess
Cheers,
Michel

Very excited about the new beer fridge in my garage. It's starting to feel like home in this cave of man.

1987 S4- Previous owner upgraded the rims to the GTS rims (I wholeheartedy approve of his taste). 77,445 miles as of today. Windows, rear and side lights all tinted to give it 'mystique;' the ony reason you see the side lights is because of the flash glare that reflects off them.
A little story about the license plate(see next post) and the music on the CD thas has been playing since I purchased it with 74,445 miles on in 10/30/2010 (that's why I posted the miles as of today above- broke 3k miles on her this lovely afternoon here in Joisey. but i digress- the story I promised:
Three songs have stood out from the pantheon of music I have listened to in my life:
Pink Floyd- Learning to Fly
The Bangles- Hazy Shade of Winter
SEAL- Crazy
I burned those three songs and that's all I have played while I driver her since I got her. Though I consider myself a music buff who wholeheartedly loves The Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Jane's Addiction, Nirvana, The Doors, etc., these three songs have always been deeply meaningful to me with the first two coming out in 1987 and the third in 1991. Anyway...that's all I listen to in this car...
All permutations of the license plate reflecting Learning to Fly- LRN2FLY; LRN2FLI were already taken here in Jersey. So I had to audible for LRN_FLY and put the little number '2' in the open space.
So, there's my story. I love to Fly, I love Winter, and I am Crazy...

OK- here's the back with the license plate and a little glare that makes the taillights visible. Most of the time you can hardly notice the colors of the taillights and sidelights because of the tinting.
