Music for your shark

Just thought I'd try to be something other than a saprophyte here on the board. I've confessed to being a kno-nuthin when it comes to cars and I've been very fortunate to have had your help with many an issue this year.
While many of you have been under the hood, friends and students of mine have been working with me in the writing and recording of digital music. To be sure, it's a hobby and I've decided not to wait up for Arista Records to call. But we do know a great deal more about sound frequencies and textures than we do about euro cams.
So please help yourself. We've just set up a site at which you can download some free MP3 files. And I do mean free; there's no cost and we don't make a dime.
It's simple:
1. Head to http://www.purevolume.com/mannikinfreeztag
2. Download whatever you want (There are more in the works)
3. Get your iPod loaded up
4. Find an open stretch of road
5. RPMS to 3500 and volume to "11"
Given the acoustic range in the music, a subwoofer will be a real treat. Think of it as a blower - inside the car.
No dolla, no holla.
Peace,
Tim
P.S. Recently we sampled an idling 928 engine just below the exhaust point and have run it through an Antares Kantos filter. The result is a pretty wicked synthesizer lead. If any of you have good audio of 928 engine noise at higher rpms, I'd love to take a listen. I'm experimenting with a new piece that incorporates these sound textures.
