Hi, Has anyone heard of these someone mentioned they would look good on "Bertha" so I'm looking for a source. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have discussed the possibility of this with my vendor for the side markers. However, the tail lights of even the early 988s are too large for his equipment. Besides, the lenses are fused together from multiple materials, which he doesn't have the capability for.
because of this higher complexity of the pieces, I think we'd need a serious quantity of orders to make this worth while for any manufacturer. My best guess is we'd have to order a few hundred to pay for the tooling.
THen we'd still have the issue of the reflectors. Would those look good under clear lenses? Maybe we'd need all new light assemblies - which would lift this even higher in cost or minimum quantiies.
At this point I don't see how it could be feasible for a market as small as the 928 aftermarket.

If anybody knows of a potential vendor, I'd certainly like to speak with him. All I was trying to say above is that from what I learned about the process, I don't think it's feasible. Maybe there is a vendor who can make it happen...
darkside: I have seen people who took the early (78-86) tail light lenses and sprayed either just the amber or both the amber and the clear parts with candy apple red translucent model paint. That provided for a reduced look or the lenses in one color (red). You can try what this looks like by getting lens repair foil from Pep Boys - this way you can dummy it up before making it permanent.
