As it turns out, someone that I not only deeply respect, but is just plain ol one of the greatest guys I know in this whole 928 world, has surprised me (once again!), with sending a decent used cap to my door at a very nice price.

I bet it is the same guy that helped me out a while back with my throttle cable cup end. I would have offered up one of the ones Dr. Bob gave me but I saw they wouldn't fit your year. Glad you got it solved.
