Default Ordered a Murf Supercharger Today!

Can't wait to get it in! Should be about 3 weeks or so, so I want to get the engine compartment all nice and clean for the new member of the family. I'm going to enjoy it for a while and save my pennies for a StageII upgrade early next year. Though I think I'll probably have to upgrade my wheels and tires first!

Congrats on the MURF supercharger!

I agree regarding the poweder coating, but I would wait for winter to do so as the car will be out-of-service at least 2 weeks just waiting on the powder coater. Also, removing/installing the valve covers and intake is a crappy job, and something you'll only want to do once, if that many times.

Maybe starting with a Stage 1 will help you get used to the new power, congratulations. Is Rob Roy for the man or the drink or both?

Intake is off and will be stripped tonight. The valve covers will be coming off tonight as well. I'll do the powder coating myself, and plan to have everything back together for the arrival of the supercharger.

Stage 1 initially until I can hide away some money (I am married after all) for a Stage 2 upgrade

Rob Roy is for the man. I have very strong associations with Balquhidder Glen where Rob Roy spent the better part of his life and is now buried. My family owns some land there that looks across the Glen to the churchyard.
