Default WTB - 8" x 16" Forged Club Sports

That I'm told originally came off the 928 Club Sport.

I'll be using them for track so cosmetic condition is not important as long as they are straight and true.

You can reach me at eddiefort at gmail dot com.

Thanks.

Good luck. You might try locating Santa Claus next. The 9" and 7" cs wheels are available here and there, why not use all 9" cs wheels? I picked up a set, not cheap but at least available.
p.s. can't you use an 8" et52 S4 rear wheel? Still forged, and can take a 245/45/16 tire. We can't run them on the front of a 928, but 944/951s can run less offset.

My mind is spinning from looking at the PET- trying to figure out what these Ebay wheels are, but this seller has 3 front 8Jx16 60mm offset wheels P/N 928 362 117 30. Are these CS wheels, or '89GT OEM's, or ?????
Auctions are here:

No affiliation, just trying to learn what wheels are what

Rob;

At first they look like S4 rears but I'm not sure about the 60mm offset. My memory is Kaput.
My 87 944 S had the forged wheel/ manhole rim option that was a 928 part #, again not sure what the offsets were (rims are long gone)

The 89 GT fronts are a 60 offset 8" wide x 16" wheel.

I have a set of club sports, 7x16 front and 9x16 rears. offset is 65 front and 60 rear. These have been blasted, aluminum prepped,, 2-part epoxy primered and finished in Zermatt Silver Metallic and then clear coated. Beautiful wheels. I was getting ready to put them on e-bay. PM me for photos and price if you are interested. I am going thru Virginia tomorrow and could maybe deliver them.

I have a full set of '89GT 8's and 9's, but it is gonna take a lotta money to pry them from my hands. I know very well how unobtainable the 8's especially are. I was offered ONE at 900 dollars.

So you're saying that pretty soon, my set of CS's will be worth more than my car .... Damn - that may already be true ...
