Sorry about all the OT pics I posted - bit of late night hotel drunken rennlisting. At least I didn't call Randy or Andrew at 2:00AM again.

I hope everyone had a good time. I sure did. Usually when hosting a party you run around like a chicken with your head cut off, but the local guys and their wives helped out so much that I had plenty of time to socialize and even get a few runs on the lake in. I think we had about 20 928’s show up throughout the day, a friends Cobra kit car, a 911 that was driving by, and the soon to be owner of my 86.5 Auto in his 930 Turbo.
I didn’t take that many pictures but here are the ones I did:
1. The sign in front of the General Store in Hell.
2 & 3. A friendly Cobra among the Sharks
4. The lineup
5. My friend Pete (Cobra guy) and Dennis (sueden) with his favorite Red Strip
6 & 7. The early-teens swimming and tubing out on the lake
8. The “Long Distance Crew” in town at the “Dam Site Inn”. On the left Dave (urnotthesameina928) from Long Island NY, and rowdy Wisconsin crew.
9. The commemorative “Fresh Water Frenzy in Hell” engraved pot. Thank you Matt.

Thank you to all that helped out before, during, and after the event and to the 928 Owners Club for the t-shirts, 928 Specialists and 928 International and the local guys for donating the door prizes.
We are already talking about next year’s event.
Karen and I are willing to host again if there is interest … 2nd Annual Sharks go to Hell?

I may need some clutch work before then. Maybe it was just because it was so hot, but I was getting some slip in 2nd gear when I nailed the throttle
