at least they didn't seriously damage the 928.....sure it sucks, but when you live in a top 5 auto theft area for all of the USA.....you tend to keep sharky hidden in the garage!!

What, were they the fancy chrome ones?

I've never had my cheap black plastic ones stolen.

I agree, it's not the cost of the theft, it's just the theft in general... On the bright side, at least they left the wheels...

They were the satin silver type with the Porsche insignia on it.

Exactly what I'm going to do for everyday and a nice set for "cruzing" loll

I'ts my first vandal on this car, not to bad considering I use it everyday exept for winter...

They left the wheels because they did not fit the bicycle... your bad guys are probably about ten years old !

I have the same ones... I won them at a local PCA event... After I put them on I did think they wouldn't last long... just so easy to remove... but I've had them on now for 2-3 years on my (more or less) daily driver...

Mine were stolen at my sons baseball game! I saw the kids checking the car out and didnt think about it at the time- I figure the kids that did it probably had them stolen off of their bikes soon after.

i bet there is a way of laying a high voltage power line from the battery ot the rims... just the way those electric fences work.
