My Budget is shot for the next month or so or I might consider looking at it too. But should one of you folks lay the money down and decide it’s not worth the time, money & effort to restore or fix it up. Be sure to let me know if you start parting it out?

We were trying like heck for our 2nd before the stormm, and after being evacuated for over a month, we "got'er done" when we got back home

Sounds like a good deal for someone...maybe a bit of a project....but for that price what do you expect.....thats about what I paid for mine with a blown TB!

The buyer is a CA area guy named Noah. He was looking for a mechanic in the LA area, so I aked Keith for some suggestions. Sounds like he is prepared to spend the money required to get it fixed.

If he is paying shop rates then $4,000 to 7,000 would not be unusual for a complete top end overhaul engine reseal hoses motor mounts etc. and THEN he gets to see if he LIKES driving the car and if all else actually does work !
