I had a great time at SITM. You are correct about the the construction going on at Jay's place. He hopes to be in residence in August. As for the timingbelt tools I had my very hands on two boxes that contained a combined 100 tools. I had to climb over boxes and move 30 feet of contents in an 44 foot trailer but we got them out.
