When your car is still wet after your final rinse, before you dry, preferably with a shami, but i use the water blade on the whole car and follow with the shami, but when you use the shami before you wipe it down spray some meguires instant detailer on the area then wipe dry, the wax or whatever is in the instant detailer works well to clean up water spots ans when you wipe it it will leave a streak which dries up and very clean.

I use instant detailer allot, but i first read of the instant detailer on the entire car when its wet before drying from a pretty good article in European car 8-12 months ago. One of the ever fewer good articles in that now pretty worthless magazine.

Good luck

That kind of 'patients' you can't buy, but you can pay for forever if you lose it.
