I'll tell you what I think: An easy way to get the cams aligned. Pulled the right side into spec and that gained 5 PSI when compression testing for that bank. They cylinders are all now within 5 PSI of each other. Engine runs smooth as silk.

Ken points out the the key doesn't do much when the bolt is tight.
