momentary glitch thing
1984 S2 Euro. Occasionally during normal driving I get what seems to be a spike, warning light goes on for a split second, car jerks like a misfire, then continues as normal. Any suggestions?

Not much info, leading to lots of possibilities:
- Intermittent open in the ignition switch.
- Intermittent bad connection on the positive battery terminal.
- Intermittent relay glitch - either fuel pump relay, injection, or ignition.
- Something else.
