I know this topic has been done to death, but I am still unclear on what exactly will and will not fit the 928. Can someone chime in on these sizes?

i think it may mattter if its for your 84 or 88

Will they fit either one of them, '84 or '88? I want them on the '84 if possible.

See my response on the other post. Those fronts will work, not posative about the rears... on the 84 (better one) that is!!

In the front that's less offset than is often recomended for handling reasons (65 is stock). But the outside edge should be in approx the same plane as my 8.5x18 ET52 - and they work, but just barely. Don't go with too wide a tire (I'd say 215 max), and they will probably work for you.

In the rear I have 10x18 ET52 on my '82, but the fenders have been flared (and they definately need it to work). So your 9.5" should work on the inside but may rub on the outside against your fender.

Not sure what sublimate is talking about. Mine work, but I have 993T suspension, links, bilstein/eib... blah blah blah.
