Seat Leather Codes II
Sorry all-the pic of actual seats didn't attach first go around-thanks!
Hi All-
I searched this Forum's archives quite a bit before posting this and not sure there is a solid answer to what seems to be an old and frequent question.
I am considering purchasing some leather dye for my front seats and trying to find a factory code for the seat color. I do realize that providing a dye company a small swatch is the ideal situation anyway to obtain the best match, but it would be ideal to know the official Porsche color designation as a starting point.
I have attached a couple files. The first from one of the books which ostensibly has the "paint code/interior code" but I believe all that is indicated is the paint code (Amazon Green Metallic-otherwise known as blue if you haven't seen it). The second file is just a quick shot of the seats in case it is immediately obvious to anyone what they are. Pearl White? Linen?? w/black piping.
Any help appreciated!!!!!
The car is a 1991 928S4
Thanks-and happy 4th!

leather color
Thanks guys-
As I thought this issue is...well, an issue.
Getting a sample from under the rear seat that's original shouldn't be a problem so I'll go from there and let somebody that does leather dyes for a living make the match-whatever its called.
