FS - Parting out 4.5L Engine
Ok, now that I have my 5.0L beast installed. I am going to start parting out my 4.5L. Obviously, there are to many parts to list but since I have about 60% of it apart, I can probably get pretty specific with requests. Currently the block is on an engine stand. This engine was running strong but it had a head gasket leak and mutlitple oil leaks from extremely old seals. I was going to rebuild but opted to buy the engine from Janother rennlister, John V , instead. Also, all of the waterpump components, i.e. waterpump, belt, idlers, rebuilt tensioner, had less than 1000 miles on them. Plus my throwout bearing had less than 1000 miles too. I have original receipts for all those components.
The engine has no accessory components for sale. i.e. ac/ps/alt.
Additional Misc:
- I also have a Euro Throttle body , the one with a 3.5" opening vs the 3" standard US one.
- I also have a used OEM Porsche 3 Spoke for 78-79 (no airbag) for sale. it does have about a 3" inch crack on the plastic hub part. Leather is in good shape. (no rips or tears) - I have pics if I get a PM.
- Used K&N Filter
- Misc hoses, dash bulbs, etc.
Since there are too many parts, to list, I'm generally starting at 50% of whatever 928intl would probably post.
I will also post this on the for sale area as well.

dandeman, this coming off a CIS system. I don't think it will work since it's different fuel injection..

Brad, do you know if the euro throttle body will fit on a US CIS 79? Are the ports the same and are the connections to upper and lower plenum the same?
Thanks
