Bosch wipers
I just fitted these on the 928 and they look like a definite upgrade.
"Bosch 19A", about $18 each.
They have come on VWs I've seen recently. They have an aerodynamic shape and should work at speed. I haven't seen them on a 928.

69gaugeman (Rod) had those at SITM. They look pretty cool, and he says they don't flap or move around at high speed like some regular wipers do. I'll be picking up a pair next time.

I haven't used these, but I do have a set of PIAA silicone bladed conventional wipers on my Saab, and they are awesome. They lay down a layer of silicone, which causes water to bead like when you apply rain-x. But it keeps laying down while you use them, so it doesn't ever really wear off. Plus they haven't deteriorated at all in over 2 years. I haven't gotten them for the 928 yet, but they're on the list. I've always been a big fan of rain-x, but usually never keep up with putting it on. The silicone blades do away with this problem.
But these are normal otherwise. They can occasionally be a little balky, but I think the water beading more than makes up for it.

I've been wanting to get those, but have not yet been able to locate them in the US. I've seen them on a few German 928s last summer, and the owners raved about them.

I have them and they are great. Somehow those wipers feel more gentle on a windscreen. The only thing is that at stand still position on a passanger side wiper end is not touching window, but it really does not metter.

I just put the Super Sporza Silicone model on my 928, this is the one with the aero spoiler on it. High quality product, but we are in a drought so I have no idea how well it works.
