Locked my keys in the car!! Can a locksmith help?

Thanks for the learning exp Ed, my spare is firmly attached to the keychain of the wifes set of keys.
Funny thing is, she has a key for my truck, the 928, but I STILL can't get a key to the Lexus. I guess she is afraid I'll take her car out and try to pick up chicks or something.
At least I know where my spare key is.
