Not sure about the GTS, but for the S4/GT cars from '87-'91, only the 1989 GT had rolled fenders from the factory. In that year they utilized a 17mm spacer on the rear of the GT and the fenders were rolled to accomodate it. When the spacer was removed in 1990, they stopped rolling the fender.
