Try ebay parts. Use the keyword "intercooler" and that will bring up a lot of adapters, both metal and silicon.

www.burnsstainless.com

If they don't have it, I'm sure they can make it.

Burns stainless or Dr.Gas should be able to set you up. Or Ebay, I got some oval pipe angles from there back when I was more ambitious.....

Rather then ordering online and guessing if you get what you are looking for, there is a lot easier way to get pipes like this. Just go to your local truck repair shop (Mack, Peterbuilt, etc.) They will have mandrel bent exhaust pipes and elbows in stock.

While building my supercharger system, I bought a 3.5” 90 degree elbow at the local Mack dealership, $35cdn. There was enough straight section left over to fabricate an oil catch can.

I had a hard time finding 3.5" at the truck places in San Diego. Seemed like they thought it was an uncommon size down here.

Have you tired the Mack dealership, that's where I bought mine.? You are right, 3.5" is a small pipe when it comes to big rigs and too big when it comes to cars.
