Default door window weather strip

new ones are costly. before i go spring for them, does anyone have anyother fix for the weather strip where the door meets the window to keep water from running down in the door

Shop around - last time I looked, they were cheaper in Oz than the US, go figure. Could try rubber moulding makers for same section, except for the rear curved part, but doubtful. Try pricing the window seal in the top of the door if you want a shock.
