Anyone know this car in Medina, OH?
OK, found another prospect in the classifieds on this site. Its a 1987 black/black 5 speed in Media, OH. Seller's name is Paul. I know it needs TB/water pump done and new tires. If the cosmetics are decent and the engine is strong otherwise, I don't mind doing the work at the right price. He mentioned 'normal dings and scratches for a 19 year old car'. Blemishes that can be removed with PDR are not a concern, but bad paint is.

Interior looks good...if I only lived closer I would have checked it out...bout a 2hour drive...

Yep, ready to buy. You guys are a horrible influence on me. Jeff is looking at a car in St. Louis for me tomorrow. If it checks out, I'm ready to make an offer. If not, on to the next prospect.
Rob - unless you here otherwise (meaning I bought something) I'd appreciate a look and test drive. Thanks for the offer! I've spoken to the owner and the mechanic on this car. Sounds like a decent driver that will need some TLC to correct some non-critical items.

I printed the ad and will take it with me.
I'm leaving here about 8 AM Saturday morning and will have time to check it out before I get to where I'm going.
I'm dropping off a leather dash, hood liners, & some other stuff to another Rennlister and then have an appointment to meet with a Chevy tuner at a dyno shop in Hudson at 2 PM.
I guess I'll make to Medina around 11.

Assuming you don't buy something before then, will you be in contact with him?

Rob: Another site I used was cars.com, they seemed to have a lot of listings when I got mine. I'm happy with my find there
