I'm signed up for the HPDC at Summit on Sunday, 4/23. Is anyone else signed up? Like to see another shark circling the track.

Also, I'm planning on going to Hershey on Satuday and then driving over to SP Sunday morning. Anyone else?

 

John, wish I could go to both but sundays are bad and Sat I have watch as Lisa has plans. Good luck! What time is the HPDC at, it's through Potomac PC right? Get some good pics for us that can't make it.

I'll take a camera - can't say that I'm a professional Playboy photographer like you are, but I'll try. It is through Potomac, wish you could make it. I think the next one is in October through Zone2.

HPDC starts, or at least they say to be there at 7:30a. I think it's a little more than 2 hours from Hershey.

Ole red wheels will be there as a support vehicle for my 79SC piloted by my daughter on her first time out at any high speed event. My hope is she will enjoy it enough to do some more. My 911 is my DE car. My 928 is my prissy road car (for the moment). See ya there.

Jerome: Thanks, it was great meeting you also. Remember, another HPDC in October. If you guys go, maybe I'll go around again.

 

Beerfish (the other John at the April meet) will be there bouncing back and forth between the motorcycles and Porsches. I don't think he's riding/driving in either. John's was the only 928 at the last PCA event at Summit Point. I may show up on sunday or on the off chance I don't go to Hershey, saturday.

 

Sunday

 

We'll be over on the big track starting Friday night. And Ill definitely be over to see you guys too, assuming PCA doesnt make some rediculous stink about the Racers coming over to the Jefferson circuit.

 

Oh and FlyingDog, hell yea Ill be racing, just on two wheels not four, gotta maintain that #1 plate!! Hope you can make the Saturday night party!!

- Tomcat - I'll take all the luck I can get! Many of the competitors Ill be up against have completely rebuilt with major mods for this year. I will be super underpowered but I still have the highest performance YSR!! Dang that sounds too funny! Check my profile picture to see a picture from last year, Turn 7, Summit.

I havent seen the schedule yet but Saturday is practice, around 11am is my session. Then Sunday we are the first race after lunch, probably 12:30. Between the two tracks is a couple grand stands. We will be the big party crew outside the track there, known as Turn 12!

Well, based on doing some reading on a few forums they still have open slots for both instructors and for drivers.

I might be interested in going if it were sat and not sunday. Shucks, I guess there is no need to renew my PCA membership this year. Maybe next year if they are still sending us non participants renewal notices.

Glad I get to see where my dues from last year are going

There is a session on Saturday - don't know if it's still open. but I 'm sure if you contact them they will accomodate you.
