I wanted to go shorter, like in the PS pic, but the curve of the hood would not allow it, the shorter scoop could not flex enough. I had a hole in the hood from the blower pulley and wanted to cover it up, so this was a fast and easy way. I just went out and over-heated because my radiator fans are not running...probably got disconnected during bodywork. Life goes on. Later, Woody.

I like the photoshop version. Its just a bit to recognizable as a Camaro scoop.
I like the shark graphic- subtle. I probably wouldn't sport it on my fender, but I think its a nice custom touch if it meets your taste. Congrats for innovating a bit, on all counts.

Woody- I took some body/paint liberties with my car too. I don't regret it either.
I also overheated and puked coolant on the roller trying to get an inspection sticker...non working electric fans. Pretty embarassing.

I love it I don't think any Camaro ever looked soo good. For what it's worth, I think it looks better the way you have it. Beautifull car. It almost makes me like it as much as the earlier design

Woody, I like it. Not nearly as subtle as my scoop. LOL. I'm hoping you can make the dyno day so I can see it in person. If now I'll check it out at SITM.

And to all you naysayers out there: it ain't your car is it?!?!?!?!?!, so don't dog him out.

Hi Woody, I think it your car looks beautiful. I just noticed that you are also in Montgomery. I thought I had the only 928 in town. Now I find out there's a SC'd 928 running around that I've never seen. We should get together sometime. I do basic maintenance on my '89 S4 at the auto hobby shop at Maxwell, but you look like a real expert. Give me a call or PM me sometime @ bethandsteve@knology.net.
