Hey Chris! I might actually be able to make this!! May 6 is bad, but the 13th or 20th is good! I'd love to get my 928 on a dyno. I can't believe I've had it for almost 6 years now! Just turned over 192k. Recently fixed a flappy problem, and knock sensor issue. New plugs too. Maybe I can get rotors and caps in before May. I also need to stir up the Atlanta 928 crowd. Maybe we can get a group to drive over. Be sure to send me an email when you firm things up - I'm intermittent on this forum.

I'm just now catching up on the thread, as it's been a couple days. I can't do either the 13th (on call) or the 20th (Race in Charlotte). Bummer...one of these days I'm going to find out what I'm pulling at the rear wheels that allows me to still 'smoke' James-Man on the track....lol.

Roland, can't you just have Nascar reschedule their little race for a more doable date in say, June? When I get me some sticky tires, get ready to play some cat and mouse!
To all others.... Chris' annual dyno day event may be your last chance to dyno before SITM 2006. Heck, you can even consider it a pre-party to SITM!
Hope to see a good bunch of you 928 nuts there!

Folks we have confirmation with the Dyno operator for Saturday May13th from Noon until the last car dynos. Price is $30.00 per vehicles. Meet at 11:30 at the Exxon/Burger King off I-85 at exit 60 (BMW exit). I can be reached on my cell at 864-270-3083.
We need to confirm your attendance by May 1st for not only the Dyno operator but for Chef Christine as well. Please confirm via e-mail: Lotta4240@aol.com or at the above number. Please include number of attendees, as well as if you plan to Dyno or merely spectate, as I need a rough number of cars for the Dyno operator.

I'm not sure that can make the 13th. Coaching a soccer game until 12:30. I can get there by 2:30pm, but I have to be back by 5:00 for a Daughter's YMCA event. 1.75 hour drive home. This leaves just a tiny little window of time.
I'm just not sure...
