I know I'm beating a dead horse, but will these fit??
11x18 et 45 rear
8x18 et 50 front
Offset numbers still give me a headache

et65 is perfect for all wheel sizes
Anything higher (66, 67, 68 etc...) the wheel face will be closer to center - sucked into the car.
Anything lower (64, 63, 62 etc...) will cause the wheel to stick out further (than et65). My et52 wheels at 8" wide with 225 series tires stick out past the fender. Not by much, but I do notice it. et50 will be 2mm further out.
So, an et50 wheel will stick out 15mm further from center than the factory intended.

I am not sure about the rear. I'm running 52's in the rear with the factory 21mm spacer (or is it 22mm?). So essentially I have an et31 in the rear of my car, if my math holds up here. Not sure that is exactly right, but it makes sense at this hour. So an 11” at et45 might work……..
With the angle of the front suspension, stock fender lips work just fine with et52. I had to modify the front fenders on my track car only because it’s about 3-4 inches lower than a stock 928.
11" wide rears, those are some wide wheels.

Ha, how did you guess I can land a good price on these if I can verify they'll fit

What do you consider a good price? I've been watching eBay for wheels like a hawk for the past 6 months. I could help you find something.

The fronts will fit with no problems..
The rears will require you to roll the fenders. Here's why..
With a 10 inch rim & 65mm offset, I run a 13mm (.5in) spacer in the rear with 285 0r 295 tires. If you increase width to 11 inches, you are adding .5in on inside width, and outside width or about 12.7mm per side. So, you will need to move the wheel .5inch to the outside for clearance on the inside... This .5 inch + the .5 inch of the spacer is 1 inch, or 25.4mm .. 65mm - 26 mm is 39mm. The new wheel is 45mm, so it will be 6mm closer to the inside. You can find 6mm or 1/4 inch spacers all day from many suppliers..
Therefore, with 305's you will need to roll the fenders about 1 inch... You will also have to take into consideration the tire width... A 305 tire is about 12+ inches wide, and different tires have different shoulder profiles, and could be past the rim more than .5 inch...
Kibort has his fenders rolled, and you cannot put a finger between the fender lip and the tire. He runs 305's in back on 11's I believe..
Another important consideration is the status of your suspension... I have a koni hypercoil setup, and Kibort has a stiffer Koni Hypercoil setup than mine. If the ride height is too low, or the suspension is too soft, the tires will rub on suspension compression... Dips at the bottom of grades, hills, freeway offramps etc...
It's not rocket science, just take some patience to make sure things are right... Then you can make it work properly..

In a word: YES
Here is a thread on the topic: Factory Hollow Spoke Turbo Twists
And another: '87 Folding Wing with Factory Hollow Spokes
If you are not comfortable rolling your own fenders, then go for a drive some weekend and take your car up to see Dave at Motorsport in Salt Lake City.

With stock ride height 8.5 x 18 with a 52 offset and 243 35 tires.....there was interference on my 89 GT, plus the car had terrible bump steer.....
You need a bigger offset to get the wheels inboard more or they will behave badly.
