I got busy and let the deadline slip. Sorry about that.

Can I get a final reply from everyone who wants one of Ken's cam timing tools? Just post it here and maybe we can get Ken to chime in with his Paypal address, if we get the minimum 5 orders.

Thanks

You need HTD sprockets, not square tooth.

So far, Ken tells me I am the only one that has sent a deposit. Can all the interested parties please send him a deposit so that he has an accurate number to build and get them started?

Thanks

John,

Yes, I'll PM you with my street address. I won't cash the check until the run is finalized.

Ken,
What is the latest with the 16v tools? I know you are getting quotes for the "new and improved" 32v tools right now. Are you doing a run on 16v tools too?

I ordered (5) sets of these along with the 32V'rs I had made. One is sold.

I'd like to do all the hub machining at the same time, if possible.

There are two prices, one for new hubs, and one for used - (here).

Forgive me for being a bit daft but you can't be supplying cam gears at that price? I also don't understand why there is a difference for the machining of new or old cam gears? Have I got this all wrong?

How much to convert my Euro including you supplying new cam gears ready to go? Can you itemize the bill a little? Thanks Greg

P.S do you think my high comp euro could benefit from the EZK tweak? My engine has 11 to 1 comp and we use 98 octane fuel here.

Greg,

Hubs, man, hubs. The 32V gears mount to a star shaped hub (AKA 'spider'). You supply the cam gears - new ones are about US$100/ea. (Read the first page of this thread. )

You might be able to do the EZF tweaks. They are not to difficult to do yourself if you want to try. (1) (2)

You can surely install the 'chipped' version of the EZF tweak, which keeps the cold idle advance when warm.

Greg,
Is your Euro stock compression or has it been increased? I think Jadz928 has the EZF'r on his '84 Euro and it is doing OK. He had some pinging at first, but after new plugs and wires, all is good. He talked about it in the EZF'r thread a while back. I do not think he ordered the chipped version.
