Question Wheel Housing Protector??

I have a 89 GT with both front "Wheel Housing Protectors' shaved on the top center outer edge as if they were modified to fit. The only numbers on the two pieces are 00 43 88 00, actuaclly the zero are not there just the spaces for them. Does anyone know what year Shark are they from?

Dave, the wheel well liners on my '89GT are trimmed at the outer top as well. This was to accomodate the crimped or rolled fender lips of the GT to allow for clearance of the club sport wheels that were 8" wide with an offset of 60mm.
