EDIT: Boostlogic Supra runs a 8.02 @ 177mph last night
As promised, here's that amazing run: first run out dialing in new motor/turbo/Intercooler: boost only, no NOS.

Yeah baby...he just dawdled around off the line, but when he put the hammer down...WOW. Its obviously a pro car capable of 6 second passes. I bet thats a real adrenaline rush to floor that car and bang gears....Supra . No disputing. Facts IS facts.

Yes...that was "a while back"...the cars are MUCH faster theses days. Hell at 45# boost...with NO NOS...the car dogs along for at least 2 seconds...then drops the hammer, and hits 159 mph....I have seen enough of these cars to know, that one, if launched hard and "hooked up"...will be in the 6s at 200 or so..

MID seven second quarter from a full on race car. FAR cry from 6's. Generally the fastest "street" Supras are in the 8's. Those are cars with about 1200+ hp mind you...

Yes...you are right. the fastest race import I can find is 7.44@185...long way from the 6s for sure...could have sworn I saw/read about a Supra running 6.80s at 210+ maybe not...my bad...

Can any of you guys even fathom how quick that is? I can't! The quickest car I have ever been in was a 12 sec 996 Turbo. I've been in a 12 sec Mustang too, and those cars were pretty darn fast. Those cars are twice as fast! I knew there was a reason I was always amazed at the Top Fuel guys running 3 sec quarters! They need to make that a theme park ride!

That car has way to much power for that width tire. i assume he is running in some sort of tire limited street class.
Those cars are just plain old dangerous set up like that. Way too loose.
Reminds me of Racin Jason. 1600 hp on 10.5" slicks. He went into a guard rail at 160+ and died. If I remember right he was something like 27YO at the time.

The reason I brag about them is one, they're my buddies & past customers when I had my retail shop.
Second, they're the mfgr of my turbo kit, so their quality is also my quality.
