Boostlogic (Kean) got their est. 1700hp supra up & running yesterday, ready for a preliminary dyno & subsequent 1/4 mile pass tonight. I won't be anywhere near their mid-low 8 second pass, but at least my car is running better.
Boostlogic supra: 3.4 liter Titan Motorsports stroker shortblock: 10.0:1
Precision turbo 80mm turbo: about 14" diameter & about 50#
45psi boost, 1200cc injectors, AEM engine managment, air/water intercooler supporting 2000hp.
Their last block was taken out of service (no real damage, but the 3.4 was ready) by their last air/water core rupturing during the burnout: 3 gallons of methanol into the engine makes for quite a show @ 9,000rpm!![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Narrowed my issues down to the following:
-Flaky RR ADj. FPR: ok now, I just can't go off vacuum to adjust, regardless of how consistent my motor runs.
-Bad wiring (main harness) from the TPS sensor to the computer. Doh. Makes the car run rich at idle: 12.5:1 AF (once the idle is tipped, car runs great: 13.4 on low throttle to 15.2 Af when cruising & accel.
-Bad MAF. This caused my idle surging. Glad I have a few extras lying around.
If all goes well & my clutch holds, I hope to run about a 12.8 @ 115 or so @ 5.8psi. I'm quite sure my clutch will not hold any more boost than that, & frankly, I'll be lucky if I get this pass in. I don't want to go all out on the clutch since I do have dyno-day on Saturday that I'm signed up for...though, I have my new clutch ready to go in...hmm.

Good luck, plan on recording any new videos from the next two events?
Just curious, what kind of tires (size, make etc..) are you running on this car?

Mark,
Go for it!!!! I’m sure you can get 12.8. Your clutch is as fried as mine and I was able to get a 12.8 on it last year. Is your replacement clutch OEM or something stronger?

Thanks guys. I have a new Saches Pressure plate & two re-skinned discs: 30% stronger than stock. My 104k mile existing clutch is slipping due to the PP clamping force is much less than stock, the fingers only have about 1/2 the throw on them as well! Noticed this last year when I had it out to replace the T/O & Pilot bearings.
Yes, I'll have video with me. Running stock weight, 245/45-16 Yokohama tires @ 36psi (stock), no LSD, 2.20 rear end. Last pass was a 12.9 @ 110mph @ 5psi no intercooler. Now running 5.8psi with my front mounted intercooler & better fuel control (wide band). We'll see!

Is that 5.8 psi at the throttle body, after the intercooler? Going from a non-intercooled 5psi to an intercooled 5.8psi should get you at least .10 but probably more.
What was the material used to re line the disks? I need to get this done too so any bit of info would help.

5.8psi @ the throttle body. I had a performance place upgrade my discs for me since it worked so well on a friend of mine's application. I still have some contacts from when I had my shop. ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
