Default bulb part #'s and replacements...

My 84 Euro has a blown back drivers side marker light. The one just behind the wheel well. What is the bulb number and does anyone know a replacement that I can get locally? I certainly dont mind ordering from the Big 3, I just cant stand my fear of seeing that warning light on anymore than I HAVE to!! Thanks folks.

The Porsche part# is 900.631.103.90 - althougha euro shouldn't really have one - assume they used standard Porsche USA parts to federalize?

I believe you can get this locally as a Euro style Sylvania 5007(R5W)

See if the parts store has a ref guide to check other options - most of them do have Porsche cross references for all the common bulbs - however the side markers are not exactly the most common and may not be identified (or identified incorrectly).

They should be the same as the regular rear marker (the center bottom in the rear cluster) Its a 4W or 5W small B6 bayonet type.
