After installing GTS quarters & rear cover, I'm debating what color to paint my beloved 928. I have two colors in my mind but since I don't plan on ever painting it again I'd like to choose the best color this time. Before deciding I thought I'd ask for the list's opinions. Not that the concensus will change my mind but I'm curious,...what color do you folks think looks best on a 928?

Have you got any pics of the 86.5 with the GTS rear quarters, and bumper cover "installed" ??? I'd like to see what that looks like...even before you paint the car. If you have any photos...pleeeze post a couple.

I've had a black one also, but now am a bit biased on polar silver metallic.

Truth be told, the only cars I've ever purchased that weren't black have been the p-cars. Looking to correct that situation with a 928. Maybe sooner, maybe later, but no maybe it'll be black.

So Hammer you discovered how different the rear cross bulkhead is for the S-4 ! Now you KNOW. I get the feeling that many times people think I overstate how much surgery is needed to make the S-4 cover fit the rear of an early car.
