Default Can someone help me get these vacuum hoses right?

Hey all, I'm in the process of finishing up an engine bay restoration on my 81 auto. Started her up for the first time after the tb/wp job. I'm getting ready to go out and get me a timing light to set the timing. But I would like to get my vacuum hoses in the right places. I have the distributer retard going to a tee on the front of the throttle body, and the advance going to the back. I wasn't sure if it mattered which one on the front or back it went on because this is one pair on front, and one pair on back. I also have a hose from the thermo valve not going anywhere. I know some of these lines need to tee together, but I have no clue what. I took a look at the diagram under the hood, but It didn't help. I would really like these lines back to spec. Any help would be appreciated!

Chris

Distributor retard line goes to the vacuum fitting on the front of the throttle body almost at the center line. Not sure why you have a Tee there?

Distributor advance line goes to the fitting on the back (cabin) side of throttle body. The book shows two fittings at the back, and this one is the one on the starboard side (passenger side). The port side fitting has a line that connects to a four-way which is connected to the front and rear fuel pressure regulators. The line going to the rear regulator goes to a Tee which supplies both rear regulators. The remaining port on the four-way connects to "vacuum control" according to the book, which should be the decel valve connected on the side of the throttle body.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Guys! I had everything setup like you explained JP, except my throttle body doesn't have the decel valve, so I guess that vacuum is just omitted. The front of my throttle body has 2 "****" to connect lines, the centerline one is connected to the distributer, and the other one is connected to some type of valve assembly for the air pump that is next to the coolant resevoir. Not sure if that is correct or not, but I believe it is. I also have a line going from the purge valve to the thermo valve (the one that looks like 2 horns coming out of it), but I don't know where the other line of the thermo valve goes. I assume it has to tee in somewhere, but not sure. If I could just get these last couple of lines, I would be set.
Thanks!
Chris

To put a conclusion to this post, I found that the thermo valve tee's into the vacuum advance line! So, one side of the thermo valve goes to the purge valve, and the other to vacuum advance. Now that I look at the diamgram that Dave posted, it looks almost the same except that it shows a temp sensor instead of the thermo valve. I don't know what the deal with that is, but I think everything is right, so I'm not sweating over it.
Thanks again guys,
Chris
