Shane, the kit will come with a complete exhaust, and I'll have a y-pipe option for X-pipe'ers. As long as they terminate at the same place as the factory cats do (same slide-in location for stock exhaust), it'll work. My Y-pipe will pick up the exhaust from there & do the rest.

The entire exhaust is polished stainless steel, no coated or painted.

You won't need any additional cooling items, but if you have them, anything would work with my kit as it does not impede on radiator or fans.

Thanks~!

Ok thanks!

The 928 I would do this on has an Ott x-pipe on it already, which terminates the same as the stock cat. I would also like to replace the current radiator with one of the 928 Intl rads, at the same time delete the stock belt driven fan and add either a Motorsport dual electric fan, or a single spal fan that fits inside the stock fan shroud. Just trying to line up all the ducks so I'm not putting stuff on that I'll be needing to take off or modify later t install your turbo kit.

Polished stainless is fine, but I would prefer black. I specifically ordered the black RMB from 928 Intl because I don't like bling bling sticking out the end of the car. But it should be easy enough to buy some high temp black paint to cover up the bling before I install.

True, black hi-temp paint should work. BTW, back in '98 I dyno'd my '86 with & without the mechanical fan connected (had gone electric), made maybe 1hp difference. So unless you're in need of a new fan/fan clutch, no real reason as far as power is concerned.

Well the biggest reason is the x-pipe and the deletion of the air pump.

Mark, this new ECU system, Will you be batch firing the injectors like the LH does or make a new injector harness and go secuential firing?

Just wondering. I am making a new ECU harness and installing a DTA system in my 88.

I'm excited since sitting on a shelf is a complete Euro S 16V intake and TB to convert my 79 track car from CIS to EFI. By the time you have a 16V version ready, I should be at the point to make this conversion.

My air pump howls like a mad dog.

Injectors are harnessed to fire batch, but wouldn't be terribly expensive to offer a new injector harness, I just didn't want to have anything cut-up. To change the firing, a whole new harness would be necessary.
