Default oil cooler hoses

Hi List,

I think I need new Oil cooler lines.

Pelican sells a replacement one that does not seem to be geniune porsche. It is both hoses for only $140.

Is rebuilding a good idea?

For $140 I would rather have new off brand if it works. But if I had to pay $300 rebuilding might be a good option instead.

Any opinions or thoughts.

Thanks,

LO

Loren, those should be just fine. I threw my old hoses away and I can kick myself. I could have used the metal parts.

Has anyone ordered the oil cooler line from pelican?

My line seems to be sweating and weeping oil a bit.

How much oil will I lose from replacing the line. Like 3 qts or so?
