Question OT: Shane's Twin Screw Adventures

Shane,
We're not hearing much from you, man. When you gonna have a 928 engine barged to Alaska for a long winter's SuperCharger project? You should move back to Idaho. We got heated garages here, bars, quick parts shipping, and friends to hand you cleaning rags as you work your engine magic. And Sharks for you to work on.

You're keeping too quiet. That means that you're up to something with your 928 plans. Good luck during the next year's 928 adventures. Keep us posted.

If you don't watch it, Heinrich will beat you to the punch. If he's not still trying to corner the 928 market in the NorthWest he's up to something too. Probably has a disassembled engine on his kitchen table right now and the transaxle in the bathtub. Plus, Don Hanson is Waaaaay too quiet about his racing plans. Rumor is he's experimenting by putting Viagra in his gas tank. Why not? Pick some up on your way back through Canada. It's higher octane there. At least the Canucks I know claim so.

I don't think Shane owns a TS anymore and is putting together one of Mutphs CS systems. They, btw, are very inferior to a turbo charged system. Just thought I would throw that in before her- kuhn

Harvey I was watching "War of the Worlds" with my gf last night and we were both laughing when it came to Tom Cruise's kitchen which had a beautiful engine on a stand right in the middle. She turned to the GT cams on the side table and I knew what she was thinking.

One car at a time Harvey!

Actually I am thinking about my next boost project, and all the other things I will need to make Helmut stick to the road when it happens.

Funny you should say that Jim. I sold the Murph CS system. And I am planning a turbo for my next boost project.

A few things I'll need to aquire:

Limited slip
18" turbo twists with turbo center caps
steroid sway bars
bilstein/eibachs
front spoiler protectors
new front spoiler
"turbo" rear decal
And a Mark R. turbo kit.

Yes I still have the twinscrew, but not for long. Everything that survived the fire will go to a fellow rennlister.

And I would love to move out of here and join you down there in Moscow, Harvey.

Have a Happy New Year!!!

OK Folks...keep your eye on Shane. He's working on an 928 ace that he can slip up his sleeve. I'm putting money on him that he'll get it near perfect this time. He's got all that time in Igloo Land to think about building the ultimate 928. More to come! This will be exciting.

Shane..you should document the build process and sell the plans/video/stepbystep tutorial and make back enough to pay for the parachute brake.

Harvey
