Default 4-6mm wheel spacers

Yep, that's what I need. Just a pair. Does anyone have a nice set that they are willing to part with at a reasonable price?

Thanks

You can oft-times find those at a chain autoparts store. I bought some for under$20.

I just tried that, drove 45 miles to a PePBoys and bought a set for 5 lug and the hole circle diameter is too big. No one local has them. So,... here I am.

Even Manny. Moe and Jack can probably special order them for you! Make ssure you give them the coorect Bolt pattern. 5 x 130.

I got mine from O-Reilly's - and they had to order them in.

Also - Search eBay for "Wheel Spacers"...there's a bunch there now.

I looked at the ones on ebay, I was just hoping to pay less than $60.00 for a pair. That may be my only choice

Thanks

The 'generics' work fine. You only see the edge of them when installed, anyways.

THere were some 5mm's on there for around $25 shipped...

I'll go back and look again. That's actually exactly what I'd like.

Thanks

I'm hoping to find some just a bit thinner, but if I can't I'll get back with you. I really want to maintain as much lug length as possible.

Thanks

I bought some a couple weeks ago (8mm though)...on Ebay for $18...FYI. I know you need thinner ones. You "can" get any thickness aluminum spacers though...and have em turned at a local machine shop, or brake shop...for minimal investment (provided you have access to the spacers as "blanks or unfinished stock" to have machined to your specifications, and this simple operation will be very inexpensive....

FWIW, I purchased some 6mm spacers a while back for my GT from Performance Products/Automotion (something like 12.95 ea.?). I counted lug nut turns with and without. 14 turns without spacer and 9 with spacer installed.

You know, no one outside the group could possibly appreciate how helpful everyone is. It is amazing.

I'm definitely going to buy another one of the treasures just so I have more things to talk about on this forum. Lets just not mention this to my wife, ok? She's a gem, but it may be too soon after my current purchase to be discussing this. ;-) (It will be a year or more, so it won't do any good to try to sell me yours, unless you've just won the lottery and are being alturistic) ;-)

Thanks to everyone and have a happy holiday.

Rod
