As Keith put it..you need two 928's....one nice and one a driver...the argument can be made for three, driver-cherry-track..very easy arguement.... Now that you have the cherry 928 & one of the best around....its time for an automatic daily driver.....with a little looking you can find an good one around 8-12K, sure it won't be as nice as your GT....but it won't hurt as bad when it get the bumps and bruises a daily driver gets!
One day I will have another 928!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe more?

Having 2 or more 928s allows you to take your time while doing a project on one. When I only had one if I was doing something that took a couple of weekends before it was backon the road it was almost guranteed those two week ends would be perfect weather for driving. That is not a problem anymore.

Yup, if you want a cherry 928, you should also have a driver as Keith asserts.
I try to keep my driver 928 appearing reasonably well, but I can't even describe how many times I have parked far away from other cars and come back to discover a new ding in it. The worst situation is parallel parking and coming back to discover a scrape or ding in either the front or rear bumper cover, with spider marks in the paint which show up in certain kinds of light. Permanent marks in your car which were not your fault, and no one leaves a note. My paint on the roof is starting to go ( I can't imagine why, since I only have 19 years and 160,000 miles on the vehicle ) but I hesitate to paint the whole car because the minute I do, some idiot will back into it or scrape it again. I just keep trying to polish it out as best I can. I will enjoy the performance of my driver and save for another "looker 928".
