It must be a f*cked up timing issue. I am now getting fuel to cyl #5 and spark. It is backfiring every 5th revolution or so.
So, did I install my distributor upside down or are my cams 180 degrees off.
I'm going to put my car at TDC at the point where the cam marks are now showing. Then rotate the cams 180 to line up. Does this make sense that I could have them off like this?

Nevermind, car is now running (snow on the ground so I cannot move it anyway) it was not the cams, it was not the balancer.........I am a complete and utter jackass.........

I don't know if a digital multimeter will respond fast enough to show injector pulses. An analog one should bounce if you're measuring across the injector. Remember, the injectors get 12V all the time (test that?) and are grounded by the L/LH to fire.
you can get the isopropyl alcohol at any auto store...its called HEET.
The red container is ISOPROPYL.....the YELLOW is METHYL ALCOHOL, the stuff i run in water injection.
