Now there is a Matchbox I'd like to add to my collection. I found a silver S4 in 1:43 with a moveable sunroof and opening doors and hood that I got for only $5.

Now here's the old...still not a 928 though. Here are a few pics I took at last year's Rennsport Reunion II in Daytona. This is a well known 1968 911 police car. I got to speak to the owner, who brought the car all the way from Arizona. Really neat car to see & it was as new, everything worked, siren & lights too!

To the best of my knowledge these wre used in The Netherlands on the freeways. Somebody said they had no targa roof - but I have a hard time believeing that.

Here's the emblem that is on the back of that 1968 911 police car. I asked the owner about it & he said it didn't come on the car originally(he bought the car new off the show room floor of a Calif. dealer who had the car on display way back when). He said it was however, an original badge from a 1968 international gathering of police in Berlin as it implies. He also indicated that he couldn't divulge how he came about being in possesion of it either!
