Looks like something off a very large truck or bulldozer. Must be a custom hybrid worked up for super-ultra-mega top-end speed. Also, the intake manifold has obviously been modified to prevent it's welds from blowing out...

Perhaps they've got a lay-down (bottom-fed) radiator down low?

Yeah, dont worry about the radiator guys... Maybe he'll just run some boost in and out of the water pump with those silicone connectors

There is PLENTY of room elsewhere in the car for a radiator. You just have to be creative and willing to drill holes through metal. I'm guessing this project owner would not be shy about such a thing, and he's not concerned about the radiator location just yet
