I think the RAL looks better and should be less expensive since it is a 2-piece instead of 3-piece wheel.

It looks a lot like what Keith's new wheels (which are on ebay) might be based on.

Keith, I assume your talking about these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PORSC...QQcmdZViewItem and not the ones (RALs) that Matt posted a picture of? They've been on eBay for a while. I thought they were the same manufacturer of yours. Just a different distributor. Not cheap that's fer sure...

I never even thought about ebay for the reason that the maker and designer live here in socal. The ones on the link are from a company called LUX and are more expensive, but they are 3 piece...which is the only way to get the rim widths they are offering. You can bet those wheels with the "factory" offsets will not fit a 928. I tried that route and not only will the offset be wrong, but the tire selection is way slim and way expensive. I will call my guy today and see what he knows about this.

I spoke to my wheel guy and he said yes, those are his wheels. There are other people out there that sell his wheels, but they ALL ship from here in Cali...lol. Looks like folks are paying more from the other distributors. Plus, they get zinged with additional parts like spacers, caps, lug nuts....

Does your guy have a website? I'd be interested to see what other wheels he has. The ones you got are awesome. That RAL above looks sweet too...

Wade,
For more info on the RAL, visit http://www.rh-wheels.com/index.cfm?P=home.
You can also give them a call. I spoke to Joe, who runs the place. He's a helpful guy who can educate you about their wheels...and wheels in general.
You may also want to give Dave Roberts at 928 Specialists a call. I believe he is....or soon will be very familiar with RH Wheels, and likely the RAL and the AL wheels & their specific fitment on our cars.
