After significant investigation and upon advice of more than one lawyer, it was recommend to me that this one would not be worth the fight. The lawyers that I spoke with all told me the same thing - namely that if I were a PA resident, I could probably get the 15-day automatic suspension knocked off, but that would be it. They won't roll over (at least in Somerset Co.). But since I'm a Michigan resident, it does not carry the suspension and I probably would not be able to knock any points off.
Further, upon the advice of a gentleman that Ron_H put me in touch with, I might be able to fight this, but the battle would be extensive - especially in PA. I do not currently have the time nor the financial resources to mount this battle this battel in PA at this time.
Had the supposed offense occured in Michigan, I would have taken on the fight. I'm sorry on this one. It pisses me off that our rights are slowly being erroded. Citizens have forgetten what prior restraint means, and now willingly allow it as a matter of daily life. It's a sad day.
