Keith is on the right track with the color keyed wheels. This car would also look really good with dark gray centers or even black centers on the wheels.

The center console looks similar to the one on Mark A's GTS that is for sale? I think Marks was a custom built console though?
I do like the color! Then again I am partial to red! A speed yellow GTS 5 speed in good condition....one day when I find that spare $$$$$ lying around!

I wonder how many GTS cars there are that aren't black, white or guards red?

One thing to take into account, is that metallic colors do not really come across on film very well. I think that is why you see most ads of cars in flat colors...cept for silver. Metallic reds never show up very well. I have taken so many pictures of my wine red (weinrot) 82 and STILL cannot seem to capture the color of the car. I have a pretty good feeling that this is the same situation with this coral red. I suspect that in person, this color could look awesome.

That pic looks like the Aztec Bronze (iirc) of my '77 911. A great color when in good shape.

Coral Red, like most metallic paints seems to change color depending on the light. Here are a couple more examples of Coral Red Metallic I found on the 964 list:

From Harris Zane regarding the condition of the car:
I asked him about the switch on the console:
One last piece of info from Harris:
If you have any interest in this car, please contact Harris as I am not involeved in the sale other than posting the info and pics Harris sent me.
the phone was not a Porsche phone when I got it, but was antiquated. I think it is a Porsche sectional though, could be wrong. It is now a nokia.
When I bought the car, there was to be no rust. But after sitting on the ports for 2-3 months, as there was a strike. When it got here there was a almost microscopic bubble under the back window, just outside of the rubber. I remember the Seller telling me the window was replaced, broken by a thief. I guess the glass had scrapped something. In addition, the the rubber was not changed to a new one and the edge was not all the way out, shrinkage/poor reinstall job????I had the glass removed, rust fixed and new rubber. I have a new rubber for the right side, but was told not to touch it as it better not to break any existing seal. The paint color is matched wonderfully, but there are about three fish eyes. Not the best job I guess. There is no other rust on the car. I have lived on high elevated hillsides, away from the water fronts. We really do not have a lot of rust problems these days, only 90's XJ Jags have spot problems under the rear windows. The Coupe's GTS had problems because the cars was at the beach park just about everyday for tennis(owner of course).
I am not representing it as a perfect car by any means. But, not rust under the car either. My good friend owns a BMW repair shop and he told me it was really clean when he put up on the hoist. I will send all pics I have a let me know what else you think I should get. The little surface scratches and road chips do not show up. Both rear liners for the wheel wells are chipped as pictured.
Thanks,
Harris

really do not know what the switch is for. My cell phone guy does not either.
I also have a chip on the windshield. About 2mm wide and 3mm tall. Not too noticeable, I had GEICO do a free repair (glue I think). I was afraid to do any unnecessary changing of seals.

Wow...interesting info. First off, the color, as I thought it would be, IS awesome! That RUF 993 is a great shot of that color.
However, upon viewing the close ups of the car, it has quite a bit of wear. These metallic colors are tough to fix! There seems to be many scratches and imperfections in the paint. Not to mention the wear in the interior. It is nice that he is disclosing all of this. Not sure if the price is justifiable now though.
hmmmmm...still thinking about this one.

I see you posted a picture of JBH's car as a color comparison. These colors do not photograph well and usually look washed out when posted. I will say that the paint may be a little faded but it is hard to tell. Most Coral red cars that I have seen that sat in the sun for long periods have a washed out look. This car still looks fantastic but only seeing it in person will really tell.
The phone is not factory like he said. The factory phone is useless. Mine weighs a ton and would still work today if you can get an anolog signal.
I have the same console and the switch is used to power up the phone. It would allow you to use the speaker in the side of the console to listen and there is a microphone mounted in the instrument pod. If you try to dial it cuts out the stereo. The console is all hand stitched leather. It actually is a real PITA if you are sitting in the passenger seat. It is always in the way and the passenger has no arm rest on the left and there is no storage space. There should also be a windshield mounted antenna made by Hirshman.
