The car has some interesting pod switches - are they metal? They could be from Jager, or the German conversion...
I think that the mileage would be fairly low for a TBF, and we have recently learned that it is likely torque converter bearings that cause the issue (look for a post by Schocki). At that mileage I would check the flex plate, but it's more important to keep checking it from now on forward. The wilder you drive, the more you might want to check it...
It's a beautiful car, and I hope you will give it a good new home!

I'd say with your limited supply, that car could easily be worth $10k. If you search for the 84 Euro S recently sold on Pelican and bought by a member here, BeerFish, you'll have a good comparison. His was $8500. Unless there is anything hiden in your pics, I'd say your body is better, and interior is a little better. His is a 5-speed which would be worth more, but yours is an 86 which would be worth a good bit more due to the S4 suspension and brakes.
Does the headlight aiming system still work?

"Only the '85-'86 North American Spec (Canada/USA) 928s were 32 Vs. All the Rest Of the World (ROW) 928s were 16Vs until '87."
Not quite true...there was an option in '86 for Europeans to have a 5L with cats that would provide them a tax credit for protecting the enviroment. I had one of the only 74 ever built.

The car looks great and the price very reasonable. It looks like it has that raff leather from the other thread. Radiator stickers are there but the radiator looks black?

Keep it alive folks. I'd much rather see it go to a good home. I officially said my goodbyes today. If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to contact me.
