Finally back on the road!
My rebuilt LH came back today from Rich Andrade. Even though he said it tested good, the car didn't run before and it does now. I didn't change anything else.
My sincere hope is that the LH was indeed the problem and I don't have a ghost in the machine still. I only put about 15 miles on it so far and let it run for about a half an hour but it seems like the 'ol GT is back.
After Rich told me the LH tested good I was very concerned that I had a spark related issue. In fact when the car was "cutting out" it sure seemed like and on/off switch, not like a fuel problem. Is there a way to test the hall effect trigger for the EZK? where is it located? I think I will be taking baby steps with the car until I am sure the problem is cured.
Any thoughts?

It could have had some invisible corrosion on one if the connectors that you scraped off removing and replacing it. You might also look at the wires and make sure you don't have a loose/broken connection that's going intermittant. See if you can reproduce the problem by messing with the wires.
